On Thoughts and Feelings

Shaman, witches and wizards all over the world see the world very differently than the dominant culture. One of the biggest differences is how traditional magicians perceive thoughts and feelings. Rather than understanding thoughts and feelings as being necessarily personal and always arising with the self, shaman understand that we are sensitive beings who can encounter and experience thoughts and feelings in our environment.

Just because you see something you do not assume it is yours. Feelings are like this also. Some feelings are ancient beings who dwell in an emotional landscape as surely as objects inhabit the physical landscape. I can touch an object. So can I experience a feeling or a thought. So that you can share a thought with me or I can enter a temple and feel the centuries of prayer.

If we do not take thoughts and feelings as our own, but rather see them like the billboards on a commute, we can diffuse some of the power our feelings have over us. We can reclaim our power. when we feed a thought with our attention it gets stronger. When we ignore a thought it withers away. When we share thoughts and feelings they can copy and evolve. These life forms are called memes.

We record our thoughts in a large magnetic torus field that emanates from the heart. The brain may think but the heart perceives thoughts. If a thought is encoded strongly it is like a scratch in a record and it plays every time the torus cycles through the heart. It is like this with negative thoughts and feelings as well. Clearing this aura can literally purge these thoughts from your field.  Thoughts being electromagnetic store best in crystals and in refined metals and jewelry.

Emotions are perceived as vibration but they are produced in the body as chemicals. The hormones are para magnetic and are picked up by the magnetic field of the heart and sit in a cloud around the body called the aura.

As a psychic I am unable to wear second hand clothes because of the hormonal emotional record left in the cloth. Wood and any other porous material will hold onto emotions. Mattresses are full of sweat chemicals and DNA of everyone who ever touched them. Metal springs record our thoughts as we dream.

Love, joy, bliss, peace and pleasure are not true emotions as they do not arise on the emotional plains but descend upon the soul from above. Love is a direct spiritual experience while lust is an emotion.

All emotions are flowers on the bush with one root and that root is the demon of fear. Fear has become so powerful from being worshiped and fed for thousands of years. His children are the demons of grief, pain, hatred, greed, lust, gluttony, Etc.

We see them as demons. As non local interdimentional life forms which eat human attention and energy to remain immortal. When we see someone act out of rage we say he is possessed by the demon of rage. His thoughts and feelings are those of the demon. His actions are not his own. He acts on behalf of the demon. It’s not personal and it’s no ones fault. But The more you Channel rage the harder it is to resist it.

If we want to treat the mind we use talk therapy or hypnosis to work in the realms of thoughts.

If we want to encourage new emotional patterns we use vibrational essences from flowers gems and animals. We treat vibrations with vibrational medicine.

Sage is wonderful. When we burn sage we are vaporizing the essential oil which travels with the white smoke throughout a space or a persons aura. The molecule of the essential oil is so volatile that it creates a paramagnetic field which wipes out disharmonius thought forms. The molecule is so small that when it touches the skin it enters the blood and reaches the brain within a tenth of a second. It is charged such that it attracts and renders inert the molecules of emotions as hormones are also para magnetic. The essential oil of sage is anti microbial anti bacterial anti viral and will sterilize surfaces and kill airborne diseases. The washroom smell is full of airborn microbes and sage knocks them right out. It can also significantly reduce the communicability of illnesses in spaces where it is used.

Shamanic Chakra Reprograming

Your beliefs shape your life, creating the potentials for change when they change. Beliefs are not true or false, they just are. And they are not written in stone, they are written in nerves. This is a simple technique which allows us to access the body, the nervous system and the subconscious mind by means of the chakra system and the meridians.

First identify a belief you wish to transform, like, “I never get what I want,” or “I’m fat,” or “People never listen to me”. These are core beliefs, central to our experience, but they don’t have to be. Decide what belief you would prefer, like, “I am happy with what I have”, “I love my body today and always”, or “I am heard”. Once you have the old thought and the new thought prepared, it’s time to begin.

Stand and face the sun. This works best in the mornings, but it works all day and all night. We begin the transformation with a declaration placing the old thought firmly in the past. Tapping the base of the left palm with your right hand at the juncture of the wrist, across from your thumb, say, “Even though in the past I (insert old thought here), now I (insert new thought). Tap gently and repeat three times. For example, “Even though in the past I never got what I wanted, now I am happy with what I have”. Or even “Though in the past I felt fat, now I love my body just the way I am”. Now you have primed your brain and your nervous system to alter or reverse the thought form.

Begin tapping out the old thought with the left hand, releasing it, listening to how absurd it is as you repeat it over and over until it looses its intensity and becomes just another untrue thing until it sounds like a lie. Saying, for example, “I was fat”, or “I called myself fat, in the past I thought I was fat” are all ways to put your thought in the past. Then with the left hand tapping the crown chakra, say “I thought I was fat”. Repeat this at the third eye, the mouth, the throat, the heart, the xyphoid process at the base of the ribs, the solar plexus halfway between the ribs and the navel, an inch below the navel, the top of the pubic bone and the perineum. Sometimes it is helpful to tap the earth, the sun, the edges of your aura (arms out like a flying fairy) or over your entire face and scalp.

If you are using the root cause technique, do it here.

Then tap in the new thought form with your right hand. Tap the crown chakra saying, “I love my body”. Feel how good it feels to say it and accept it. Repeat it tapping at each of these chakras until you reach the base of the body. You may also tap the extra points on the head or off the body to complete. Once you have tapped through to the perineum you have successfully begun the process of shifting the thought. Simple beliefs can be transformed in 2 or 3 tapping sessions, using the new thought like a mantra or affirmation between self treatments, and afterwords until the mantra becomes the first thing you think in the morning when you look in the mirror. You may even write it on the mirror with lipstick as a love note to yourself. Deeper beliefs may require up to 3 months, or one full season, to transform, but keep at it. The mind is malleable, and beliefs can change. Changing your beliefs can change your life.

For particularly charged negative thoughts it can be helpful to try the root cause technique. With the right hand we will tap at the very ends of the fingers on the left hand, where the meridians enter and exit the body (with your palm facing you, it’s the top of the finger adjacent to the nail). Tapping the first finger say, “I release all the guilt from the deepest root causes of (feeling fat, feeling ignored etc…)”. Tapping the middle finger say, “I release all the guilt from the deepest root causes of…” on the ring finger release shame (sometimes I use sadness, fear and anger, depending on the nature of the old belief). Tapping the pinky say, “I forgive myself for believing I was fat. I forgive myself for ever taking it on. It was the right decision at the time, but now I chose to love my body”. Complete by tapping it into the right side (I love my body, I love my body, I love my body…).

In this way it is possible to render meaningless our most negative beliefs, even replacing them with positive beliefs we chose. Our unconscious mind does not need to be a collection of things that have happened to us, but can be a collection of beliefs we chose. With this simple tool in hand, you have the power to do this. Believe it.
